Swirling

Too much stuff going on. Everything is a blur. I can't think straight or see clearly.

It's like I stuck my head inside a confetti machine and I'm trying to grab hold of the bits and pieces that are swirling around. If I could just gather enough to tape them back together I could make better sense of it all.

But the confetti is colorless and each piece looks the same and I have become one of the pieces.

So I just swirl and swirl and swirl.

Relaxation, meditation, mindfulness................................heck you probably don't want to hear me say that right now but we have to try something to make it easier somehow.

Thanks buds. I have sooooo much to do. Company is coming Friday thru Wednesday. I need to clean and cook and get ready to play hostess. I'm trying to prepare to give a seminar for work, plus regular work stuff.
