...nothing I can't cope with, I guess - I've been worse before - but I'm not sure why this is happening. Seem to be getting triggered by just about everything at the moment... Maybe it's because the book I'm reading mentioned it briefly, but I've read it before and I don't remember feeling like this afterwards... Seem to be getting triggered by just about everything at the moment...

(Not quite sure of the point of this thread, just venting I guess. Seem to be getting triggered by just about everything at the moment...)

Hi my sweet Rio,

We must be in sync with each other, because I seem to be getting triggered a lot right now too. Well....not exactly triggered. Usually what happens with me is something will trigger a memory of one of my events, and that's it. I'm fried for the next few days or couple of months. I just can't forget and I keep seeing it all in my mind and I dream, etc, etc, etc,. You know how it goes.

Just recently, for a reason I don't even understand, EVERYTHING got triggered. Every event came flooding back....and there are A LOT of some pretty horrific sights and sounds in my memories from over a number of years. And I've never had this happen before. I spent the day in bed, and when my sweetie called that night, we just talked and he did his best to comfort me. I just needed to shut the brain down, though. Remembering one event is enough, but not everything at once (especially ones I'd even forgotten about!).

I don't have an answer as to why you are being triggered by everything lately. I really don't know. I just wanted you to know that I stand by you, and you know I'm always just a PM away. I hope your mind resolves this soon. Not much fun, huh?

Say "hi" to your dad.

God bless,
Sandy

Thanks for replying, Sandy.

Sorry it's been happening to you as well. Seem to be getting triggered by just about everything at the moment... I'm ok now...maybe it was just because I was tired last night, or something.

Thanks. It wasn't much fun, no. Seem to be getting triggered by just about everything at the moment...
