It honestly wasn't just today, its been the past four or five. I don't know, they're all starting to blur together. I've been on pins and needles, having very intense flashbacks, mild to severe panic attacks, uncontrollable shaking, dissociation and hallucinations/delusions almost none stop. I'm using what tools I know that have worked in the past but they're not lasting too long and I'm exhausted because of how hard I have to concentrate on it all. Being at work and silently flipping out at the same time is hard, especially since I never get a break away from people.
I don't know what's causing it. I don't recall having any abnormally potent triggers. Then again, I've heard that you can have them subconsciously and those will affect you just the same but I don't know. I work in a place where triggers are extremely common. A five hour shift will contain so many that I often have mild dissociation and become a robot just there to do my job and get out. Maybe I'm just really stressed about other things and I can't balance those with my already existing PTSD.
Just jotting down my thoughts, I guess. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello So leigheas: I'm sorry you are having such a difficult time. I'm afraid I don't have any useful advice to offer. I do think that things have a way of building up over time. (The Skeezyks is struggling with something akin to this at the moment.) I send healing thoughts your way with the hope that you will be able to find deep peace within...
Thanks for this!

I am sorry for the intensity of symptoms you are experiencing. I know diet and vitamins help me...especially the B vitamins. Has your sleep been okay?

Take time out for yourself every day, 15 minutes to do zen, a meditational of visualization of peaceful bliss... a place that is your own and you love it there. I use to go out on my break walk outside and see all the wild life, like birds, rabbits, turkeys, weasels, snakes, turtles, etc. One day a deer in the yard of work. It was beautiful. Another day i stared up at the clouds in the sky, tranquil. This is what worked for me... blessings and tc
Thanks for this!

I haven't slept okay in so many years, I couldn't tell you that last time I got a really good sleep.

I used to do that and I'll definitely try to get back into doing that. Thank you.

As stated earlier take time for yourself! I noticed when I cleaned up my diet and started exercising daily how much better I feel. It is so noticeable when I do not do these things how quickly I can slide back into my old self! You can do it!
