I was on another board that I am on, cause I moderate on it, and was reading a post from this person on GAD, and he/she whoever it was said where they were from on the board, and it happens to be the place where my ex (abusive) lives..



That sucked!! And it is still really bothering me. *****...

It sucks.

Now I think back from not just him but the 7 others that have all done things to me.

I think what I fear is that this person on the other board will know my ex, will tell him and then I will feel unsafe. I know that is a bit over board and I know that I am over reacting, but it's still a fear.

I wrote it down , the trigger, the cause and the worry. I will bring it in a month and show her it. And if there are other triggers that are of concern I will do the same ... I just hope I don't get stuck again, I couldn't go through it again...
