I keep seeing Easter things on word games and forum posts. It's August, enough already!! It's not even the right time of year. My normal support system is out of place so I thought I'd post here. I just don't know how to cope with this and my other triggers anymore.

I think it's awesome you know what your triggers are and you can post about them. That helps me know what my triggers are . You're brave!

You're welcome, if I can get drum up the courage to post about my multiple triggers, I will.

Btw, I appreciate your avatar, my partner may or may not have ASD so I'm really starting to pay attention to that issue now. I'll tell him to look you up.
Thanks for this!

for leomama

Now for a rant-
Again today. Someone is selling Easter toys on Facebook. Seriously? People, it's August, not March or April. I suppose people can do what they want but it stinks it has to trigger me so much.

Possible trigger:

I hear you - I just named my ex sociopathic narcissist in my phone because he called. I have to remind myself he is not normal , it is not treat him how I want to be treated. He's highly manipulative . I'm not insulting him, after listening to me for years as well as seeing him for himself my former t told me my ex had sociopathic traits. Our d called him out on his narcissism. I don't do grey rock very well because of my PTSD and I can't go no contact because we have a daughter.

I'm going to manually write trigger too
Possible trigger:
of course the answer was no!
I think I will have to post the rest of the story on another thread .

The ironic thing is I was traveling by myself to see my now ex's mother , to meet him there and she was mean to me!
Possible trigger:
Now the rest of my ex's family is friendly however his twin has also given me a hard time for racial issues and she would be at the family reunion. My motto is remember and recover.
Possible trigger:
My ex did not care about me when we were dating and still does not care however now I know he is sociopathic and narcissistic. I didn't know that when I was dating at age 20 as he was my first long term relationship.
