My PTSD is progressing , i feel much better recently, the body and the spirit,
but the strange thing is the head is still in junk, and it seems it needs sleeping all the day still, just can not focus on doing work for a bit long,
i already slept enough each day, still sleepy in head, i feel it is maybe chronic fatigue of my brain?

any advices?

sounds like depression. i would get a physical because there are treatable conditions that can cause this. if you check out fine, i would get checked for depression. sometimes ptsd can cause depression. i hope you feel better soon.

Hello (((LITTLEFISH)))> I agree with WW that you need to get a physical. PTSD has a tendency to cause sugar fluctuations and hormonal disturbances. It is good to have your blood checked for HYpoglycemia or fluctuations if you are having brain fog or dizzyness. When I have had episodes I will try a hypoglycemic diet to help to get the system back in order. There are many diets and meal planning on th American Diabetes Association site under meal planning. An exercise program may help as well to get out into some fresh air for a walk 2 times a day for at least 30 minutes a day. Taking a multivitamin daily helps as well for some people with PTSD. I hope you feel better soon (((LITTLEFISH)))/. Soidhonia
