I hope someone can tell me something about it...
It is very strange: When I am extremely tired, I tend to get very anxious and then I have a hard time falling asleep, as opposed to, I suppose, other people that tend to get very sleepy when tired and go to sleep easily. Does anyone know this, knows why it happens and what can be done about it??? ![]() |

Hello Alishia88: I don't really know anything about this in particular.
![]() I presume you're familiar with all of the recommendations that are typically made with regard to preparing for bedtime. That information is easily accessed on the internet. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Yes, I understand being too tired, ending up 'tired/wired' and unable to sleep. What I do is make sure I don't get to the point at which I am so tired that I'm 'over-tired'...I go to bed at roughly the same time every night, and make sure I'm in bed before I am exhausted. In other words, as soon as I feel a little bit sleepy I go to bed.
