{{{{{{{{{{{{{Jinny}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} Our dreams are our subconscious working things out and bringing them to the top. Try to write as many of them down as you can.

![]() Jinny, try before falling asleep (or resting) and tell yourself that you will change the dream if it becomes bad... say it over and over. You CAN stop the dreams. Keep telling yourself you can. (((hugs))) There's a type of control we can gain to our dreams, it's called lucid dreaming. I can, while still asleep, realize that I am dreaming and change the outcomes of the dream. Or, I can stop it altogether and find another dream to have. Don't try hard to do this, as it's one of those things that the harder you try, the farther away it becomes. ![]() (((hugs))) Some things I've found that increase such dreaming: going too fast in therapy, covering too much material, dwelling upon the events of the trauma, or constantly being triggered. ![]() ![]()

it's my mum. she is still here, but haunting me. She is getting suspicious of all the excuses for not seeing her. I need to say something, but it'sgiving me stress. My family think it's so easy just to leave her behind, be nasty and let her go. but ican't. it'snot inmy nature.
thanks for your input. jinny |

I use to have dreams .. not the same .. but very similar .. had to write my mom and then i took the pages of the letter and as i read each one put it in a little fire i'd built by the shore .. it helped .. long time ago .. and your post reminded me - i may have to do the same with 'other' family ..
Thanks for your post .. Jasmine
