it's amazing to sit back and view your life and see how a tragic event altered its direction. maybe this is how it was suppose to be, i tell myself. though i know it wasn't fair. i know that i did not deserve what happened. i am confused. i am tired. i don't know how to stop this from continously affecting my day to day life. i don't know what else to do now. i am lost. i am rambling, i am sorry is this is a run-on.

I'm sorry you suffered such trauma. It doesnt have to affect your life forever. I think we can move beyond where we are at. Have you thought about getting yourself some resources to help you process things. A therapist can help you do just that.
