So I have had CPTSD for 10 years now... I don't have a job, a car, or a phone. And I just had to move back in with my dad. I have no one to help me with psych care because it's too expensive and I just don't know what to do anymore. I'm absolutely terrified of everything. I can't even leave my bed some days even if I have to go to the potty. I don't know. I'm scared and I don't know what I can do 😭
