Hello,

I was wondering if anyone else has had the experience of feeling triggered by grounding exercises? And, if so, what do you do to help yourself?

In order to deal with my triggers, I have tried several different grounding exercises to calm my body down, but so far, I find that grounding activities exacerbate my triggers as I'm made aware of parts of my body that I wish to ignore.

Any pointers would be much appreciated
