My t and I had a deep talk about bpd vs complex trauma. He said maybe I use to exhibit bpd symptoms as a young adult but that he does not believe I have it. I just have trauma that lasted several years and I internalize my pain.

As a mental
Health worker I work with lots of people
Who have bpd and I see lots of traits they have that I don’t so I’d say I agree
