my ptsd is up to the max here. i'm not even showing myself online on friends sites atm, i'm hidden. hidden on msn etc too.

why?

the cops are constantly checking on me, friends are constantly checking on me. i'm grateful but at the same time...it's keeping everything constantly at the front of my mind. (why have my friends humor suddenly gone out the window, oh for humor to distract my mind!)

i don't want to eat any more. it's illogical but i think if i shrink i'm less likely to be noticed by weirdos.

i don't want to sleep coz i'm a deep sleeper and if something kicks off...i'm not gonna jump too in time enough maybe. also illogical yes?

and i so stupidly and desperately just wanna get drunk or high...to block it all out for a while...but i ain't stupid enough to go there without a fight!

grrrrrrrrrrrr...feck...grrrrrrrrrrrr!

This is ridiculous!!!

I'm sorry you are feeling so bad right now. Is there anyway somebody could come stay with you so maybe you could get some sleep. I hope everything gets better soon.

My humor hasn't gone out the window, I can't get over there fast enough to rescue you so will have to make sick jokes instead :-)

What super hero lives in a pot?

Why couldn't Batman go fishing?

Robin ate all the worms.

How do you find King Arthur in the dark?

none of my friends are able to stay with me coz of things like the locations of their kids schools etc. a few have told me i can stay with them but the last time i done that i came back to find this idiot had superglued my locks and i couldn't get in my own house...and as he's currently threatening to torch the place i daren't turn my back for too long.

things should hopefully improve tomorrow. the cops are taking a video statement from me...and they gathered all the witness statements today. they're hoping it's enough to convince their boss to let them arrest this idiot.

i just have to hang in there for tonite and see if they succeed in arresting him tomorrow.

thank you for your support ((((gimmeice))))

It's not ridiculous, it's PTSD.

Hypervigilence...yep in it's truest form...and you have good reason for it too, as it's ongoing. Then, add in the constant vigilence of being watched, not just by the pervert but all the others too This is ridiculous!!! it must be "off the charts" anxiety!

B r e a t h e! and breathe some more.

Hoping this gets to a good conclusion soon. This is ridiculous!!!

Thank you ((Sky)) I hope it gets sorted soon too as my therapist wont treat my ptsd til this is sorted. She says it would be unethical as...to treat ptsd you have to convince the person it's all in the past and you're really safe now...but as i'm not she thinks it would be wrong to do anything to take away my vigilance atm. This is ridiculous!!!

The cops are hoping to arrest him tomorrow so fingers crossed coz it's not up to them.

i am jumping in late, but was this person arrested? states differ and i know the `system' sometimes doesn't respond as it should, but those kinds of threats would in my neck of the woods, get a judge to issue at least a presumptive protective order, which if violated, is `supposed' to result in mandatory arrest.

do you have a formal order for harassment against this person?

hope you are ok.

I don't know where your T received training, but that's just not so! Plenty of people are being treated for ongoing PTSD... those who were traumatized ...such as a disaster, and still live in the disaster area being rebuilt... goodness, the sooner you begin treating PTSD the better you recover and the "easier" it is!!!!

I was injured in an industrial accident, and am disabled mainly because those in authority who should have helped me, didn't... and still today, I am in their system where those who are supposed to help me, don't. . . so I am a perfect example of this phenomena... what? According to your T I would not have received any help now these 21 years...??? Well, if my T had acted that way, I wouldn't be here...and wouldn't have been here for probably the last 18 years. This is ridiculous!!!

This is ridiculous!!! Doesn't fit the bill.

Talk to your T and begin debriefing what happened, and what is going on now... and begin the long process of healing.

This is ridiculous!!!

Honey, if he's thinking of torching the place, i'd rather you weren't in it! especially if he superglues the locks first!!!

RozG This is ridiculous!!!

I'm glad the witness care person did a good job, I hope things ease up on you and you catch a break from the stress. Best wishes to you!

I'm okay myself, I like your title "This is ridiculous!!!" and can use it for myself, for especially those -when it rains it pours- times. Plus it has a good feeling of healthy venting.

CedarS This is ridiculous!!!

I'm glad you're ok. I'm feeling a bit better today. Maybe coz I've decided to put it out of my mind over the holidays and just deal with it when the day comes. I've also had my bipolar meds increased so that may be why I'm able to make that more rational decision.

Take Care and Thank You for your support
