.....now i can't stop picturing it ... my mums face ...'his face' still shaky, but in the dream i TOLD my mother she has no control over me anymore .... this may be a positive step forward?

I hope so.... my t is very good at interpreting dreams .... i wrote it down and saved it....

Writing down my dreams has helped me tremendously. I wake up in the middle of the night and rush off so I can write down every detail. I'm not very good at remembering them if I don't. terrible dream

Yes, I would most definitely say it'a a positive step forward. terrible dream
