I was going along having a good day, when I received a perfectly innocuous email from a close friend.

All she said is that she saw this movie.

I just realized my mood has been going downhill since then, and stepped back to figure out what happened.

Well this was the movie I took my adopted daughter, one of the last times I saw her.

The song, "Always something there to remind me." comes to mind.

I'm going off to cry now.

I am sorry you ae going through this. It must be terribly difficult. I hope crying gives you some relief.

(((((((((((((((((big hug)))))))))))))))))) I am so sorry EJ. Surprised I think that's part of the toughness of such memories and the crying jags... they always surprise us ...just when we think we're "all together." Surprised

Meta and Sky,

Thank you for understanding. Sky, I did feel like I had it together, and was maybe finally by it.

I still feel sad today, but not as badly as yesterday. Surprised

Hello EJ.
It is always emotional to think about some of the things you did with your children. Take care and good day. Soidhonia
