PTSD have slid silently under the closed door and is now in full blown destroying my heart like a volcano in eruption. Bringing me down in the pit of hell with its power of past feelings. Blinding my present with black illusions. Every coping skills I have cannot stop the pain of its lava, burning my hope, my light, my determination. Down and down Im going. I can't block it.

Keep fighting! Although these words may seem trivial, as you see some people care about you and wish you well. Don't give up..

Too many feelings. Too much hurt. Maybe it was all my fault. Maybe just maybe. Hurt after hurt after hurt.

Maybe I am trash and trash we trow away, we don't care about trash, trash is just there in our way, trash is discusting, trash has no meaning, trash is taking too much place, trash we push aside hide it in a deserted place so people cannnot see it, trash is yacky. Damm trash!

distant voices from long ago
whispering lies punching your nose with a hard blow
not at all weird that you feel beaten to the ground
tongue gets mute to give no sound
life has been your enemy in many ways
although you are the one that pays
in tears and pain... even shame
NO! you are NOT to blame!
on your shoulders they have left their own heavy weights
now it's time to open up the prison gates
you are YOU- a beloved woman in glorious light
reach out- let us together fight
days of freedom- they will come
for you- to no longer feel all numb

((((((((( time0 )))))))))))

Love you, dear one! Going down

Of course you are not trash. Only *you* think that, otherwise nobody would even be responding to you. You have a life and a beating heart and a wide open future before you. Take it minute by minute, hon.

Do you have a Mobile Crisis Intervention Service in your area? You could call the hospital to find out. Where I live, it consists of 2 nurses and a plainclothes policeman trained in mental health issues. They will talk with you on the phone to help you make it through this one day, and then you can call again the next...and the next. But if you feel you need more then a voice on the phone, they can come to your home right then (or meet you in a park, a coffee shop, wherever you feel comfortable). They come in a regular car and dressed in regular clothes. And they won't be dragging you off to the hospital. They will try to help you come up with at least short-term solutions. It is an excellent service, and here they are available until 1 AM.

Another option is to call Victim Services at the Police Department. You don't have to be a victim of domestic abuse to use this service. They have HUGE books full of all types of local information to help with any situation. They may have someone listed who is willing to do regular counselling in your own home, or maybe even someone willing to spend the night to make sure you are safe.

The pit is a dreadful place to be in. I know you want to cross that spiderweb-thin line, but don't do it, okay? I also know that you're not processing rationally right now (I've been there, hon), so all these messages probably don't mean squat to you because you are in the pit. But just try to reach out to that phone. Even a Suicide Prevention Line could tell you if they have a Mobile Service for your area. No harm will come from it, but great harm can come from not doing anything.

God bless,
Sandy

I don't think it's a matter of being nice or not. It is what it is: PTSD. Continue doing what you know is good... you'll get through this latest bout with the memories ((((Hugs))))

Have you thought of getting a prescription for anti-anxiety meds? If you are tense from PTSD, the meds will help you to calm down and think more clearly....maybe come up with a course of action or the strength to make a decision to help yourself. We are still all here for you. Everyone on the PTSD forum has been through *something* traumatic, so we can empathize with you.

Also, are you tired because you're not sleeping? Anti-anxiety meds will help with restful sleep as well, and a good night's sleep can really help clear the brain from some negative thoughts that have taken root.

Keep talking with us. We like having you around!

God bless,
Sandy

Words doesn't come out and words doesn't want to be written down.

I slept better last night. It was the first thing on my mind this morning though.

I'm working hard on blocking it. I must block it.

Thank you so much!
