I screwed up big time yesterday. Caffeine is one of my triggers. It makes my mind spin and that re-traumatizes me.

Yesterday, I had some chocolate ice cream and before I knew it, the caffeine in it tore me apart. I felt so uncomfortable, I had to go to sleep when I got home. When I woke up, my mind and body were real tense. When I woke up this morning, nothing changed.

I really hate this disorder.

Time to give yourself some strokes, some rewards (not including eating chocolate, if that triggers you). I don't see that you did anything bad, just something that wasn't good for you. Do something that is good for you!

Thank you folks for your kind words and support. It really is nice to have that in my life. I don't have much else.
