does any body here really get it ? like flashbacks from ritual abuse is diff no offense...hmmmmmmmmmmm.....

 Are you saying that your flashbacks from the ra are different than flashbacks others have from their traumas, is that what you mean? I know they must be horrible.

I agree with pegasus, but this isn't my thoughts directed to you or meaning any offense. I do agree that assumptions and comparisons generally don't help though.
I haven't been through what you've been through though so maybe I shouldn't even post this. love and care (if you want, I'll ask this post to be deleted but sometimes I do want to express my feelings too  As for assumptions in general, probably the less info. the more assumptions? idk I know IRL some have disliked me in the past because I said so little... less so now)sorry offtopic ramble, back under my rock

There were some members here (and some still are I believe) that dealt with the same issue. Unfortunately, they were not willing to talk openly on the forums so went in search of something more private. Perhaps some of the web sites I offer will be of some help. Edited to add that I noticed some of the links are broken. This site in particular has message boards.
