i'm scared and don't know why. my ptsd symptoms have been going out of control, it was terrible on thursday, i was in my health class and got triggered by what the professor was lecturing about and I had to leave to avoid having a panic attick in class, that same day i went to a mandatory assemble in my residence hall and i began panicking and had to leave, their was alot of people their and i guess the noise and confusion triggered me. I get terrible dreams every night also and i'm afraid to fall asleep.
I'm not sure whats happening but i'm scared. |

Hi I Miss My Kitty,
it puts you off balance doesnt it - you get triggered and then you get anxious about being triggered again so that makes you more likely to be triggered ![]() ![]() I have had really dumb things triggering me lately - it drives me even crazier than I alread am LOL ![]() hope this helps and that you feel safer soon ![]() ![]() ![]() ps there are grounding techniques at the top of the page on a sticky - they may help ![]()
