Do you ever feel like you just cant take anymore? - that you are just sick and tired of it all? no more triggers! No more nightmares! no more sleepless nights! No more trusting because they always leave in the end!

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH OK !

MAKE IT STOP! MAKE IT STOP! MAKE IT STOP!

I'm sorry to hear you are having such a rough time phoenix. It's pretty much exactly where I am right now...if it helps to know you aren't alone. Don't really have any great advice this minute....just keep trying your best to focus on the good....do small things to help you feel better...do nice things for others....think about your good traits. Take care

I hear you. And I'd be mad too, in your place. What's happening right now is rotten.

You are going to be okay. Keep reaching out.

Phoenix7,

I am sorry that it is so difficult, but it is part of the healing process that I hate!!!! When I read the title, I thought, "that is exactly what I want to yell." You are not alone. I am there too.

phoenix, I am sorry you are having a hard time. I understand how hard it can be. I just went through a difficult time myself. Be strong, I know you can get through it.

Well, of course. That feeling goes with the diagnosis. It is necessary to employ the "stop thought" technique when that train of thought dominates. This is an OCD technique I learned from watching a self help tape on OCD. One visualizes a stop sign in one's mind, and then directs one's thought to other things. You can take some time during a peaceful moment to create a list of diversionary thoughts or activities to use after you stop thought. How does this sound? I suggest you try it out before rejecting it as useless because many people have found this helpful. Those hopeless thoughts are an illusion. Life doesn't stop. There is no ending point.

I've tried the stop thing... it works somtimes ... I am in the middle of a storm in my mind - my T is leaving and I dont know what will happen after that - wont know till I see her next week - having trouble coping -
that just the way it is ...
