I think I skimmed a bit...maybe gave myself more credit (or less credit) for something. I don't know.

All I know is I got a 95 then a 90. 3 major areas then 2. 10 minor concerns then 11. Depression 53 then 44. Life Events 63 then 72. Self esteem 67 then 75.

I think the way it really is for me is Depression 65. Life Events 70. Self esteem 70.

Any way you slice it...I'm a sad fat mess.

Well, believe me, I have seen people here with MUCH higher scores. It does seem like there are some issues you can work on, though. Were you sort of already aware of them?

I am a firm believer in therapy. I was a sad mess years ago. And, of course, none of us will score a 0, being human, but I am a lot better. Plus, you can talk with folks here in the areas that were tagged.
