I achieved a score of 128..... What that actually means I have no idea.... It said it identified 7 serious somethings.....what they were I have no idea because it defined 10 different things.... Im so confused.....

It generally highlights both major and minor issues

It did...but how do you know which ones are which??

You could just look at the graph at the top of your results and see which ones you scored highest on.
