Wow after taking the test and reading some of the definitions, and have worked in the medical field, and am re-entering it I see I need to find a way to deal with my issues. However, I am not a journal writer, or a meditation individual, so I am kind of lost as to what to do. Of course I have a mental health counselor, but still she can only do so much.
Any suggestions for how I can work with some of my issues? Thank You Jodi ![]() |

I'm not sure what exactly your "issues" are, but if you feel like it's something that would be helped by journal writing, but that's something you don't do, try to find a close friend you really trust to talk to, and if course therapy is always helpful. But don't take the results of the quiz too seriously. Keep in mind that it is a self evaluation, so that score could change daily, for some of us even hourly.chatting on a forum and gaining advice from people in similar situations can also be very helpful. Your desire to find the right tools is a great start.
