Hello, SteinerofThule. Coping skills can be learned. Is professional help an option?

Hi, Glok.

I am not sure. When I was getting help they basically said "this guy really sucks at coping." I am broke though now so. Mainly from spending money on worthless therapists and doctor appointments. Not sure about getting help. It costs too much. I'll probably go back. Eventually. I feel kind of pissed about it.
