My entire life has been a wreck lately and it feels so out of control. I got a 100 in PTSD and phobias. I rarely ever leave my room, let alone my house. I dropped out of school because I couldn't handle it, then signed up for online school but I'm about 40 lessons behind right now. Lately I can't focus on anything. I really, really need help and I'm in once a week therapy but it's just so not enough. I feel like I'm on the verge of another suicide attempt.

Hello hadleyrae: I'm sorry you are having such a difficult time. Yes, therapy is a long-term process. And sometimes it simply can't be of sufficient help soon enough. This is one situation where psych med's can be very important... to keep the wolf away from the door, so to speak, until therapy has had time to be of benefit. So, if you're not currently on med's, this may be something you'll need to consider. But, under any circumstances, if you're feeling suicidal, please reach out in real life for the help you need.

Hadley,

How are you?

If you are still in crisis - now is the time to reach out for help IRL, as Skeezyks wisely advised. Keep us posted. Thinking of you. xo

Just an update: I was hospitalized after seeing my therapist later that day. I was released yesterday and while I'm definitely in a more uncomfortable place for me, I think it's a good uncomfortable
