Now what if I wanted help I don't have money for a treatment oh well I guess I just keep dealing with it alone

Well... I know it's virtual reality... but you never need to be completely alone as long as you're here on PC... By the way, there are plenty of us here who are not on med's & don't see a therapist... including yours truly...

redneck..what areas did you score the highest on? I'm not a Dr. but have been suffering like many of us here..with severe mental health issues most of my life.

I struggle with anxiety and the medication the Drs prescribe does not work (so that is good news for you)..because sometimes/most times, Drs are a waste of space and money.

For the Anxiety/Depression a big helps that i have found recently over the counter..is Magnesium Citrate...and L-Theanine....these two drugs REALLY do help. I never believed in this type of treatment (supplements/herbs)..but I really have felt better on these 2 drugs than I ever have in my 15 plus years of seeing a psychiatrist!

I also struggle with sleep due to intrusive thoughts..racing thoughts...panic...and recently found OLLY Sleep in the vitamin isle it contains Melatonin, Lemon Balm, Passionflower and L-Theanine. Melatonin has not worked for me in the past..but I think this combination of herbs...is super helpful.
