Interesting exercise. I'm not surprised by the results. It seemed to pretty much agree with my own opinion.

I was a little surprised that there were several questions related to eating too much but only one that I recall about eating too little. But perhaps I focused on that since it is one trait I exhibit frequently.

I think the main concern I would raise is that without a method of generating a report one can take to a doctor, it seems to be of little practical use. If that option was there, I apologize for the unwarranted criticism. Mind you, I am looking at it from the perspective of one who is already aware of having an illness. Someone taking it who is just trying to get a handle on what is going on might find it very useful.
