Ok, little bit scary. I knew I was feeling bad, but in the last 6weeks ish, my score has gone from 156 up to 190.

I don't know if I'd be real concerned about the test itself, anna; I think some of it has to do with how we're feeling about the test when we take it. I think you were expecting to have an increase so did :-) I just had the same experience in reverse; I had a lower score (even though I have been feeling like things are worse than the last time I took the test). I think our unconscious gets in the act taking the test too :-)
Did you agree with the main areas that were worse, read how you could work on them? Mine was physical, not a whole lot I can do about most of that "quickly". But the passage of time had caused some decrease there (difference in reporting how long one has suffered from a disease). All the test asked about for exercise though was twice a week (even I should be able to do that :-) Hope you figure out some ways to get it going in the other direction!
