Well after taking Sanity Test I have finally convinced myself to make a very overdue appointment to see a therapist. I have known for 2 years now I needed help but always thought I would get better as time went on. Needless to say, that hasn't happened especially since I can't get away from one of the people causing a lot of my problems.
