well, took test, scored over 140....LOL at first i thought ' did great and 'won' since i scored so high - LOLOL, then read the small print....eeeeeeks.....so figured it was a fluke and figured if i retook the test being painfully honest...my score would improve, HAHA second score over 150......guess i do need some help. hope to tap into how you guys managed to lower your scores.

Takes working on behaviors that surround each area. I'm (eventually :-) going to exercise more often, for example, to reduce my health concerns score. My technology scores will improve if I can get myself off the computer here and not do the television as a substitute. I wish myself luck on that one.
