I wouldn't worry too much, it's not a diagnosis or anything. If you're in treatment you're honest and are trying to beat this stuff then people will know what's going on and they should know how to deal with your situation. However it may indicate the areas that you might want to work on. My score is between like 190 and 220 depending on when I do it (mostly the upper end it would seem), but I just see it as areas that need changing or finding ways of coping with them more than anything.

I sure hope not, since I don't think there is a magic line between 179 and 180. They let me stay out, and on any given day I might be able to pick up that extra point. 180!! Am I ready for committal? I drop alcohol from your list, but pick up relationship and physical to replace it.

Just a screening tool, to help you see if you need to talk to someone. If you are diagnosed then visit every once in a while to the test will help you see how you are doing. Even that has to be taken as anything but gospel. From my first run to my second, I went up in score by several points, even though I was doing better and honestly answered the questions both times. It was because I was better able to see what was going on the second time and was recognizing the areas that need work.

you're not alone. i got 170 the first time i took the test. took it again last nite and got 208... does this mean we're cracking up worse? doubt it. more likely all the stress we're attempting to deal with ( albeit not very well) right now. don't think you're necessarily ready to be committed - just that it migth be good to be in T or seeing a pdoc or something to deal with your stuff/issues.

anyway, hang in there,
