Got a score of 16... wonder what it means.. it would be nice to have some sort of interpretation - did not find any on the site.
Can anyone elaborate? New on this forum, cheers, Judith ![]() |

My score is 71 with 9 issues to look into...it seemed to be pretty dead on with the issues though

I just took my first test and got a 180. With 13 major concerns.
I really don't know how I feel about this. It seems there are a lot of people on this site with much lower scores. And I know how much I have improved in the past year or two. |

168 and 12 serious concerns, I guess I should stop putting off getting help ;\ It's my own fault really, and yes, I believe I'm as crazy as the score says I am. lol. I just gotta figure what it is now, with some help.

98...I am happy with this, I always see small change as insignificant, I guess it has paid off.
Another thing I am pleased with is the amount of body weight or fat...I don't know what bmi means. But all my life ppl (not my Doc) always said I was unhealthy because I had been (am tall) slender, at 6' & 138 lbs than, was actually within "normal" and Healthy. Working to get back to that weight after falling off the band wagon into Depression. |

I got 172 and a list came up. I don't really want any more then the ptsd, that is bad enough. Although today is a really rotten day, so maybe it be better when my mood is better, I hope.

I am 6 feet and 170 lbs. which feels healthy. Could lose maybe 5-10 lbs.

My, my, I thought myself, well, not healthy, but in control, and what did I get?
168, 11 serious and 6 milder concerns. Well, I was really honest, so should I go see a doctor? Most of the concerns I got I can understand, but I always thought I can figure everything out by myself... But this seems so... high? |

I have 95... I wonder if that's good. I assumed I would be borderliney, also had it bad for anxiety and depression... But I never thought I could be high on OCD! That's just annoying! I AM NOT!

I scored a 107 with six major concerns and six minor ones. That was on a really bad day though. I've been feeling pretty good for the last two weeks, so I don't know what it would be now.

Well, one thing I understand from reading lots about mental disorders and what not is that lots of "symptoms" overlap with other disorders, for example, it's quite possible you're going to get higher on the borderline personality disorder when you've got bipolar especially since I find some of the questions could be a bit more specific. Also, it's important to remember that a certain degree of "symptoms" appear in the "normal" population. Problems occur when these "symptoms" are having a detrimental effect on your life.
Also, it's obviously not a diagnostic tool. That's why it suggests talking to your doctor, going a bit more in depth and what not. I know well enough I'm not manic, but it tells me to talk to the doctor who would go into far more detail about "symptoms" than a multiple choice test could. Also, the answers are a bit subjective too, memory errors and the lack of a definition of usual or often or whatever can lead to errors too. If you're anxious about your mental health you may answer higher than someone who is not worried about it even though that other person might actually be doing worse, so really it's an okay tool for suggesting that you see someone or look deeper into an issue, but definitely don't think "Oh no! I scored high on X disorder therefore I have it" or "I scored really low on depression, therefore I must be happy". It's a self reported online test (impersonal, lacking observations), multiple choice with some flawed questions and when you take it alone, you're not getting the kind of results you would when a person trained in diagnosing mental issues is asking you similar lines of questioning ie. it's less accurate than a in person psychiatric exam for sure. |

The answers and test itself are wholly subjective, it's for one's own information to give one an idea of things one might want to talk to a therapist about or work on on one's own or whatever. There shouldn't be a whole lot of surprises :-) But one can't "average" anything since it's each person's individual results.

It might be wholly subjective, but that didn't stop me from covering the screen with my hand and peeking at it between two fingers to view my results...
