I am new and have much to learn. 150 sounded not too bad as I think it was low comparably to the highest possible number? Yes? I am just so ready to be well! I want out of insanity! please point the way!

The Sanity score isn't really for comparison, but to help analyze yourself and the things you need to work on. (though for the record my highest score yet was a 111)The test is scored of a 0-255 scale so 150 is just about in the middle

the main idea is, the lower, the better, and kaika explained what it's all about.

but. if you feel good at 150, then it's good. basically it depends on that.

paperoses welcome to PC btw!

I don't agree with the prior comment that "if it makes you feel good...then it's ok!" This test appears to be an accurate assessment of your emotional state (it was for me!) and the resulting scores should indicate whether you require additonal beneficial counselling. The outcomes should be taken seriously dude!

There is no good or bad. I scored 116 today. I have come along way!!! I have been going through this for 14 years. I find the scores helpful because it helps me to focus on the areas where I am having a difficult time. I also use the scores to help direct my therapy. Please do not get caught up with the numbers. The main thing is that you start feeling better. If you like writing, maybe you can look at your results and write about how you would like to see yourself and what positive ways you can get there. It really does get better.

^^ It just means you appear to be having an "okay" time right now? Don't take scores seriously though
