I am a score of 18...does that mean I am well adjusted? or too boring?
Also. it mentioned at the bottom that there was one other slight thing I should work on but didn't give even a clue as to what it might be about? |

It means at the moment, you think you're well adjusted, don't have anything you feel you should work on :-) It's a self-reporting test so everything is about "you"; you can't compare to anyone else since you're replying for how you feel. There's nothing about boring, it's not related to that :-) You may be boring but this particular quiz doesn't comment on that.
