I personally wouldn't take Sam-E for panic...when I took it, it made me feel VERY wired, and possibly even hypo-manic. My H took it and it gave him palpitations...

I have taken kava kava as a natural treatment for panic attacks and it was somewhat helpful...

Good luck to you!

((((((((((((coko)))))))))))))

Just be sure to do your research on kava kava because there is some indications that it may cause liver issues in large doses. I was able to find a lot of info online when I was researching it. I don't use it often (I take klonopin for anxiety) but the few times I have used it, it definitely brought down my anxiety level...

I know that there are also some amino acids that help with anxiety, but I'm not sure what they are off the top of my head.

Hope you can find something that helps you feel better!
