Hi,
I just had a dr.'s appt the other day and I had her split my dosage (buspar) into 15mg 3 x's a day instead of twice a day thinking it would help when I have PMS.

The thing is, is that it makes me too sleepy this way to do it on a daily basis (as I found out today).

What I'm wondering is:
Is there anything wrong with me taking two of my 5mg tablets first thing, and then my last 5mg before I go to bed (it helps me sleep that way)?

I asked that same thing with my Cymbalta meds, my dr said as long as i make sure i get the correct amount. Alot of meds now are time released and wont use it till after a certain time. So i started out taking 60mg at supper and 60mg at breakfast, but then i went to 120mg all at once 3 months ago. I havent felt any difference but i dont know about your med to know about how it works in its time release my suggestion is ask the dr but im sure what works for you might be the best way to take it but then im not a dr. good luck.
