I am not really posting a question since I am a pharm tech and no my own answer. I am just venting, I guess. I just got my new Adderall XR. I know that I need to ask the pdoc if I should be okay with it, but I think that because he is new, I am more shy of leaving him a message. I forgot to tell him that my heart is sensitive to physical stress, like when I exercise, and I take propranolol sometimes. My heart also bothers me when I go through "anorexic"-type phases and stop eating. I should take my first Adderall tomorrow morning. I am a little afraid, ya know? My heart is otherwise strong and okay. It's just that bit of wonder, knowing that I've had heart attack/stroke symptoms (rarely severe) from overdoing a workout at the gym. I know what I need to do, but I am shy of doing it. I will ask the doctor about it--I will. I just have to build up the nerve. I am so excited and want to try the new Rx, though!
