My pdoc just cut my dosage of Topamax, saying that he thought the combination with Lamictal may have been toxic for me.
Having done that, my skin has seemed to grow clearer in a short amount of time. It hasn't been long enough yet to see a consistent result, but I wanted to ask if others had seen a change in their skin based on the use of Topamax.

Topamax didn't help my skin, but it DID help me lose 20 pounds, as my appetite absolutely disappeared -- I could eat a potato chip and feel as full as if I'd just had a 7-course meal. I hear they are trying to get FDA approval to market it as a weight-loss aid.
Sad to say, it also did nothing for my mood, so my pdoc and I decided to take me off it. Candy |
