Dear FitGal, ((((((( HUGS )))))))

I can sympathize with you, for I have been where you are at right now.... I found that it helped me to enjoy the time I spent with my husband if I connected with him on an emotional level outside of the bedroom.... we both took an active part in each other's interest, for (men bond while doing activities) - (woman bond while talking & sharing their life).

Then when the time came for us to be sexual with each other - I did not place my interest (or goal) upon having to achieve an "O" in order to call the moment an success.... in stead I just relaxed and enjoyed being touched and kissed, with or without the big "O"

Hope this HELPS............................. medications and sexual drive

Some meds have that side affect ,Don't stop taking your meds with with out checking with your doctor frist. It is a big issue then all means talk to your doctor about it. Best of luck.

Hmm - medications and sexual drive

How about thinking (going at) the sexual time together as a means of emotional bonding and not so much as a means of physical pleasure.... embrace the original purpose God created SEX for, beside procreation.

Love Making is BEAUTIFUL way to show another that you LOVE them.... medications and sexual drive
