i seem to be having some sort of amnesia...
memory loss, sort of. let me explain....
each day i feel as if i am new at this life thing.
like i was just born.
im serious.
things are unfamiliar, people are unfamiliar...
i have to try so hard now to know how to even behave.
cant remember names cant remember conversations...
daily routines no longer exist.
i have to force myself to make dinner, take a shower, go to work...
nothing feels automatic anymore.
i really dont know how much more of it i can stand.

DO YOU THINK ITS THE LAMICTAL??
(im taking 50 mg/day its been about 2 months i think... cant really remember)

50 mgs. of Lamictal would be a fairly low dose. "Forgetting things" could be a side from Lamictal. Call your p-doc. It could be you cannot take it or it could be you have something else going on?? Write all the symptoms down before you talk to them.

definitely get in touch with your doc right away. You sound depressed and you are having cognitive difficulties. Both are (infrequent) side effects of lamictal.

good luck

Insideout...whether something causing it from meds or whatever you should consult Doctor.
Can to the source of it so you can start feeling better.

I was on lamictal for a short time and plan on returning to it soon but never had those issues.

Take care!
