Hi,

I have been using diphenhydramine hcl (benadryl for the layam) almost everyday to help me relax or to help with sleep....about 6-10 (each is 25mg) pills at a time depending on how frequently i have been taking them and upon how resistant my body is at the time of taking it.

are there long term effects of doing this ??

thank you
