I'm not sure what advice you can give me, but your thoughts are appreciated.
I am on the following meds:
Epilim 500mg morning and night
Wellbutrin XL 300 in morning
25mg Seroquel in AM
200mg Seroquel in PM
50 mg Zoloft in PM.

I am battling to get out of bed, and I cannot focus at work until lunch time. I even passed out during a meeting today. I don't know what can be causing this. But I cannot carry on like this.

It very well could be the Seroquel, it's very sedating, that's why it's given at a low dose to people to help with sleep issues. It might be worth talking to your Dr. about lowering your nighttime dose.

Yes, Seroquel is very sedating. I'm working w/my psych doc to get me off of it completely. Not only for that reason, but it's a big one.

It's probably the Seroquel.

The only time I had a problem with the sedation from Seroquel was when I first started it, and then when I switched from XR to IR and upped my dose at the same time, and it only lasted about 3 days.

The worst med for me in terms of sedation was Geodon. No matter what I did, I had trouble getting up, and functioning for the rest of the day when I was on that!

Ive been on the Geodon injection when I was in hospital, and having that mid-morning was very hard to stay awake. I just gave up and slept.

I haven't taken my Seroquel this morning to try get through the day, but it took me 45 min to wake up this morning.
I think my pdoc also has me on Seroquel to help with the anxiety.

I'm just wondering, why are you taking 25mg in the morning? Is it absolutely necessary? I take 50mg now, but even back when I took 25mg of Seroquel at night, it had me extremely drowsy within a few hours, and passed out as soon as I got into bed and finished praying. This is really saying something considering that for over 3 years I had severe insomnia problems that consisted of me laying in bed at night for 2-4+ hours without falling asleep. How long have you been on Seroquel? I remember my first day on Seroquel, it took me 20 minutes to get out of bed the next morning. Maybe the extreme sedation will eventually go away the longer you take it.
Are you on XR? Seroquel XR made me very drowsy throughout the entire day, so I was switched to regular Seroquel and now the drowsiness isn't really a problem until after I actually take the pill at night.
Perhaps you could take your Seroquel slightly earlier in the evening, so that the effects are more completely worn off by the time you wake up?
I wish you the best of luck!

You woke up this morning with a heartbeat, and that should be reason enough to wake up again tomorrow.

I am actually on a drug called Quetoser - it's the same as Seroquel. I think the morning dose is for the anxiety.
I started this beginning December. I eventually phoned my pdoc and he has told me to only take 50mg. I'm not sure how he wanted me to do this, so I'm breaking my night time tablets in half and taking 100mg at night, and 25mg in the morning.
