There is only ONE AD that fits the bill.

NO WEIGHT GAIN, in fact you will lose weight.
No skin issues!
Improves your sex life too! The only one that does not cause those kind of problems.

WELLBUTRIN

available at your nearest pharmacy.

I'm a wellbutrin xl fan also. I've had absolutely no side effect issues and it is the only AD that has not pooped out on me after awhile. They do caution against it for people with eating disorders or history of seizures. Neither are a problem for me.

Not in mine, its banned in ENGLAND, can cause heart probs, the English med board say , zyban use only for smoking 3 week course that's it . I could cure my weight gain in 1 week stop taking my 4mg ATIVAN a day, I cannot detox again so anxiety would kill me, but first I would loose weight that fast i would disappear before your eyes

Is it worth considering why one person might gain weight while another doesn't? For instance some people "reward" themselves with food when they feel better while others punish themselves when they feel bad. Others may not use food emotionally and exercise more. Even reading can burn calories if the alternative is watching tv.

The point is understanding your vices and why you do certain things might help decide which ad would work. "Help" not determine.

Yeah I was very productive on Wellbutrin.

Looking at a tv screen causes you to not think and thinking burns calories. Think about you used to feel after a hard test. Thus reading burns more calories than tv Think how many calories a manic shopping trip would burn which is exactly what I would do on Wellbutrin

It was just to illustrate a point that feeling better leads to looking better which different people accomplish in different ways.

Whether you will gain weight completely depends on the medication and on how you react to it. It is so hard to predict in advance.

Personally, I have been on Effexor, Zoloft and now Prozac and haven't gained any weight, which surprised me because I have hormonal problems and insulin resistance so throughout my life, I have gained easily and lost rarely.

I gained weight on Cymbalta. Other meds, not so much. I just started taking Gabapentin and I am worried about weight gain. I think the gain could come from wanting or feeling the need to eat all of the time.....at least that's what some have said.
