has anyone here done this? Im on 20mg off Paxil and I started to get panic attacks again with Upset stomach which would trigger even bigger panic attacks. Also dr put me on 150 mg of Zantac in the morning and Prilosec in the evening. it gives some relief but I guess Im also anxious about starting a new medication. But I have to do something. I took the next few says off to take the new med and see how react. Hopefully someone has some good news for me on here...

Don't switch over straight with these 2 different types of meds , you have to withdraw from the Paxil first . Withdrawal and start up is not always easy if suffering anxiety ask your doc for a benzo on a short period to help.

Hope everything works out good for you, let us know how it goes!
your meds were both ssris you can switch straight over , but the poster is taking a different med this time so withdrawal is needed .
Thanks for this!

My mistake, I thought they were SSRI's. Sorry about that. Reply deleted.
