Is there a liquid vitamin that is effective? I've looked in the grocery store but haven't really seen any.
I'm not sure where in the system that a vitamin dissolves - I am trying to add more nutrients to my body. Everything leaves my system very quickly. I need to add protein somehow too but digesting meat is a really problem, beans and cheese are out too. Any suggestions? I just need to get started until I feel better and can add more to my diet. Instant oatmeal with milk and non-sugar peanut butter on grain bread is about it now. |

Whey protein is very easy to digest and keep down. You can get it at Wal-Mart. I'm pretty sure Centrum comes in a liquid. Check Wal-mart on that one, too. Good luck!

How about Ensure or Boost? They have it at CVS and in the supermarket. They have a lot of vitamins and high protein content but are high in sugar.

I'd ask your doctor's office what they recommend? They might have something "heavy duty" that would be good.
Here's an online site that has choices: http://www.drinkables.com/

If you go to a health food store or GNC someone there can help you pick a good one. Also, I had to take liquid Centrum for a long time. It tastes terrible, but it works.
