I think 225 is about average.............
I currently take 600 mg. I know that is high! ![]() I hope it works for you. It has been a wonder drug for me. Take care |

I take 300 right now, but have taken as much as 450. 375 is supposed to be the "official" max, though going over it doesn't seem to hurt anything (and for a long time made me a lot better).

I've heard that 225 mg is the recommended adult max and was on it for a while. But I'm now on 375 mg and have been for a couple of years with no problems (other than occassionally freaking other Dr.'s out) But if you're tolerating 225 mg in terms of side effects and it's helping I wouldn''t worry about it.

I'm at 300 and ramping up to 375. I don't know how they base the dosage though, whether it depends on weight or not.
