Any good or bad on lithium? I am recently diagnosed BPD, we've played with a lot of different meds. Lithium has worked great for other family members. Anyone experience any grogginess or weight gain?

I figured biologically he and I are of the same "wood" so maybe if I tried it it would help me too, it has
