Doc diagnosed BP2 last month after 10 years of Major depressive disorder Put me on Seroquil 100 it has been increased twice now to Seroquil xr 300. Meanwhile I was weaned off Pristiq. Doc gave me sample of Brintellix 10mg as emergency supply if Major depressive came back with sudden vengance. Now having recognizable suicide thoughts (I know that they arent real) and im about to swallow the first brintellix.

Im frustrated and depressed. I just want this drug thing resolved in a way that i can get on with my life. perseverence is not living..anybody taken Seroquil and brintellix together?

Hi, rustysterling, and welcome to Psych Central! I have taken Seroquel but not Brintillex. I wouldn't see any problem with taking them together, if that's something you're concerned about,

Alas, different drugs and drug combinations affect people differently. We just have to be patient while the doc experiments on us. I have been through many drugs and drug combos since I was diagnosed with bipolar years ago.

Maybe someone will come along who has taken both these drugs at the same time.
