I am in the process of titrating up on Lamictal. Last night was my second dose of 50 mg. And today, like yesterday. I am feeling agitated this pm after feeling calm and normal this morning. This happened yesterday also. I will check with my doctor also but I wonder if the lamictal has worn off by the afternoon- and maybe I should be doing 25 mg in the am and 25 in the pm instead of all at night.

Any ideas or suggestions?

I do take Lamictal in the morning & night (300 mg total daily). I have found it very helpful. It might be a good idea to take it in the a.m. & p.m. to avoid what you are feeling. Hope it works as well for you as it has for me.--Suzy

I take 200mg Lamictal twice a day, AM and PM (400mg total). I think it would be better for you to take it twice instead of all at once but ask your doctor first
