I'm on a pretty high dose of zyprexa for sleep and paranoia. I've gained 10lbs in a month and a half. So far for me the positives outweigh the negatives.

But if I keep gaining weight it won't be worth it. Have any of you lost weight while on zyprexa?

I've been on 20 mgs of Zyprexa for a year now and I've gained about 5 lbs. I have noticed the nighttime munchies have settled down and I've been able to drop a couple lbs here and there. My weight bounces around about 10 lbs so IMO that's not so bad. For me the good outweighs the bad.
